30-day returns on unused items.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customized items, clearance items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

To start a return, contact support@shopvoru.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide next steps.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
